From a young age, I have been driven to achieve, excelling in sports and later transitioning into a successful career in recruitment. As a father to four amazing children, all of whom attended Princethorpe College and have grown into wonderful individuals, family sits at the top of my list of priorities. With over 32 years in business, I have a wealth of experience in starting, running, and exiting businesses, always fostering a culture of win-win. My journey began with Skillman Contracts, evolving into Now Recruitment and then Now Careers, expanding across the UK and Australia. Currently, I am the Chair of Now Education Group and an advisor to five SME businesses, focusing on structure and culture.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about charity work, supporting various causes personally and through my businesses. Notably, I have raised significant funds for Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital and participated in numerous charitable events. My diverse experiences have shaped me into someone who thrives on challenges and always seeks solutions, with a passion for success that extends beyond financial gain.
