Required to start in May, we seek to recruit a part-time Estates Operative to join our friendly and professional Estates Department, working alongside our team at Crackley Hall to provide a safe and high-quality working, learning and recreational environment. Estates Operatives work closely with the Site Supervisor to perform a range of caretaker-type duties. The role is crucial in providing a fully functioning, organised, clean, tidy, secure and well-maintained site for use by its many stakeholders.
The role is all year round for 30 hours per week (with a 30 minute unpaid break per day). The working pattern is predominately Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 7.00pm.
Some flexibility will be required in respect of working hours but there are also opportunities for additional work to support key events and opportunities to earn overtime/time of in lieu.
The starting salary for this role is D5 to D8 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale (currently £12.50 to £12.99 per hour), £24,375 to 25,330.50 per annum full-time equivalent, £19,500 to 20,264.40 actual annual salary based on 30 hours per week. Salary is by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
