    Princethorpe College

    We are seeking a candidate on a term time only  part time basis, to provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Performing Arts life of the School, both curricular and co-curricular. The Performing Arts Technician will fulfil the technical requirements and necessary administration for Performing Arts performances, charity events, and trips.

    The postholder will assist the Music, Drama and Dance departments in the planning, preparation, and administration of Performing Arts Events. For example, the Whole school Drama Production, Whole School and Lower School Musical Theatre Productions, as well as GCSE, BTEC and A-level Performances and Trips. The postholder will also support the IT department with providing AVA support to events across the College.

    We welcome applications from anyone with a strong Performing Arts background and it would be especially suited to a recently graduated candidate. We appreciate this is a unique combination of skills required but we will be happy to discuss fit and training needs at interview.

Opportunities at Princethorpe College

From time to time we look to recruit additional teaching and support staff in the following areas:

  • Exam Invigilators – to assist in the smooth running of internal and public examinations
  • SEND support staff – for in-class, small group and one-to-one work with pupils
  • Cover Teaching Staff – being part of a team available for short-term and long-term supply work
  • Games Coaching – to assist with our wide-ranging sports programme
